Lisa Allen
Vice President, Human Resources
Lisa Allen was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in November 2023. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading Human Resources as a strategic and operational partner for small, large and complex media and health care organizations in California and across the country. Her path to executive leadership started with compensation and benefits consulting and included legislative support in employment law for a subcommittee of the US Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources.
As Vice President, Ms. Allen is responsible for effective Human Resources operations and talent strategies to attract, grow and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce at Valley Presbyterian Hospital.
Ms. Allen received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Carleton College in Minnesota and an MBA concentrating on Organizational Behavior and Strategy from Yale University’s School of Management.
