Through this Website, we provide a third-party Patient Portal tool to help
you manage your health care. The use of the Patient Portal requires enrollment

Find a Doctor (Providers)
This Website offers a third-party Find-a-Doctor tool to help you discover
healthcare professionals in the community and provides an optional customer
service phone number to call for assistance with this tool. The directory
lists physicians on the VPH medical staff who choose to participate, and
is offered free of charge to both you and the physicians. Some physicians
may be employed by affiliates of VPH or participate in our integrated
network. Physicians in the directory are each solely responsible for the
medical services provided to you.
Classes, Enrollment
& Special Events
Through our Website, we offer free and paid classes, and special events,
available on-site at VPH and sometimes virtually. Third-party tools provide
class and event descriptions, with the option to register online. You
also have the option of contacting personnel listed on our Website’s
events pages with questions or to register by phone.
Donations, Event Sponsorships & Paid Ticketing
This Website offers the ability to make a tax-deductible donation, as well
as purchase sponsorships and tickets to VPH events. The forms that you
fill out and credit card information you provide for these purposes are
through third-party vendors for capturing and storing your information,
and for processing payments. You also have the option of contacting personnel
listed on our Website’s events pages with questions or to make payments by phone.
Employment Opportunities
Through a third-party tool on our Website, prospective job candidates may
search and apply for employment opportunities. This tool also provides
applicants an option to create a login and password as a convenience when
returning to apply for different jobs.
Cost of Care
This Website offers a third-party Hospital Price Index tool to help you
determine charges for inpatient and outpatient services we provide. You
also have the option of contacting our Patient Financial Services department
for additional information or assistance.
